Sleek + eye popping color
The media could not be loaded. One of my favorite collars I’ve ever bought for my girls. I wanted a soft highlighter green that was bright, but not abrasive; and the lilac is also stunning for my more feminine floof. Very stretchy, pretty easy to put on, and though they get a little dirty outside, they’re able to be washed fairly well. My mouser already came home without her lavender one which I’m sad about, but at least I know it functions similar to a breakaway, and I will be replacing it because I adore these! I kinda wish they came with a little gold bell, but I will look for that elsewhere. And you can attach tags to the metal slides as pictured.

So lightweight
This petite collar is so lightweight! I feel much better having my cat wear this rather than a bulky collar. It's so easy to adjust for a perfect fit, and there are no bulky edges.

LONG HAIRED CATS: bad collar!
I had adjusted this and fitted it to my small girl yesterday. Today I go to check how it was faring due to many saying the collar doesn't hold position well, but instead I find that her long fur had gotten caught up and tangled in the sliding metal clips. Had to take a little bit of wiggling her fur loose while holding her still (she hates collars being messed with for longer than 10 seconds) until I got one side and then had to get the other side. I took it off and let go of my girl so she could run off and be grouchy about being held still due to the collar, but instead she ran up to me and was purring, so I imagine the discomfort of her fur being tangled in the collar was worse than her annoyance of being held still lol.TL;DR: long haired cats will get their fur stuck and tangled in the metal clips of the collar.Do not recommend!(Also, I have to agree with what others said regarding the fit being all over the place. It looks cute but comfort and safety is more important to me.)

For the cat that gets out of other collars!
**I do have a pro/con, safety list below if you want to skip my excessive storytelling haha!**My 1.5yr old demon cat - Mogli (who I do adore) has been raised by our dogs since one of them found him at 2wks old. With that being said, he wants to be with them all the time, so he’s become quite the escape artist in an area that’s not great for animals to be wandering (high traffic, lots of strays that he could be mistaken as and ignored). Hence the need for a collar now. Like many other reviewers, we got this after he got out of approx 3 other collars with the standard breakaway clasp in minutes.Pros:1. We’re on day 6 and it’s still on! Longest he’s kept a collar on to-date2. We weren’t looking for something decorative or expensive seeing as he’s gotten out of all the others3. Hasn’t irritated his neck from what we’ve seen4. We got the silver color so it’s visible when worn in case he gets out. The color is vibrant and, if he escapes with it on, I’m sure someone will notice he doesn’t belong on the streets5. I was able to put a standard tag on his collar using the tag-included ring and just twisting it directly onto the collarNow, there are cons that buyers should be aware of.1. Like other reviewers, I noticed that the adjustability of the collar is flawed. While I was adjusting it to the right size, I noticed it would loosen SUPER easily, which would’ve made it TOO easy for Mogli to get out of it. I chose to measure the length that’d fit him well and just did some quick stitching around the metal clasps to keep it in place (you can see the light blue stitching in the pic…the black dot was from me marking the right size). For how affordable the collar is, I didn’t mind having to alter it to fit. And obviously, if he grows more, it'll be easy to cut the stitches out and resew it. A few extra minutes of work is worth it in my opinion.2. The biggest concern we experienced was when we observed Mogli finding a way to hook his metal tag with his claws, pull it, and then accidentally snap the collar in his mouth. Ostensibly the collar got stuck in his mouth for a few minutes till we could grab him. I’m sure he would’ve eventually rubbed against something to pull the collar from the back BUT owners should be aware of the possibility that it can get stuck in their mouth if they’re creative. This has only happened once on day 2 and honestly, he was still adjusting to the newly introduced requirement of wearing a collar, so we expected some creative attempts to remove it from our little hellion. As I mentioned earlier, we’re on day 6 and he hasn’t fussed with it the past 2 days, so it looks like he’s resigned himself to accepting the fate of the collar mandate haha! I’d just advise monitoring your cat for the first 2 days if they’re not used to wearing a collar to ensure they adjust. And I do believe that if his collar got caught on something during one of his escape attempts, he’d be able to get out of it safely.

Well… just a tiny detail
The structure of the collar is good but the only thing is, it’s the wrong color. Got it for my kitten and it fits him well compared to other collars I had. Worth the money. I’m still keeping and using it

Cute!
Super cute and good quality. My reason for 3 stars is 1) that it is almost 20 dollars for a cat collar?! and 2) being that the break away works so well he lost it outside in less than 48 hours!!! ..... money wasted, but it was cute while it lasted !

Don’t stay put
I think these are a good alternative to the safety collars with latches that open too easily, letting those get lost. These collars do well to hold the tracking device that I want my kitties to wear and still allow elasticity that I hope would let my kitty slip out of the collar if it got stuck on something. The only negative is that the sliding clip doesn’t hold the collar at the desired circumference with the tracker weighing on the collar. It slips, allowing the collar to open to the maximum length, then hanging too loosely on my kitty. However, adding a small sewn stitch through the collar, while at the desired length, easily takes care of that problem.

Great collar
My kitten kept grabbing her bell and pulling her collar off. This collar has no bell and is elastic, so it isn’t bothersome for her. She’s worn it four months and not removed it once.
