Doesn’t work
This didn’t work… looks nice, but that’s it. Too awkward for me to return it as it needs a special delivery due to it being batteries and I can’t be bothered with all that hassle. Disappointed was my feeling….. never again!!

No faults, It's a good shape, feels really good in my hand, and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Heats up really well, on one side or both. It gets hot, but not so hot that it burns you! Highly recommended, in fact buy two, one for each hand.

Charge doesn't last long
I bought 2 of these for use when playing golf in the winter.Charged them as per the instructions and used them recently with an outdoor temp of 4COne lasted approx 75 mins and the other approx 90 mins - both set to lowest heat setting and to heat both sidesI've sent them back as I would have expected at least 2 hours out of them.Ergonomically, they are great, just they don't last long enough for my requirements.

Tried Two - Neither Work!!
First one was not partially charged, no lights and wouldn't charge. Returned.Second ordered, exactly the same problem. Returned and credit requested.Wondered if it was me but clearly not when I had checked out One Star reviewsWhat a twit. For once I forgot to check out ratings before buying what I expected was a reputable brand.

Lång batteritid
Denna har jag haft nu ett par år o är supernöjd med den. Värma upp händerna eller sängen. Super smidig o ligger skönt i handen. Har på senare tid även använt den att ha den under jackan på vintern. Den tar inte så mycket plats att ha med i jackan så när man tex står på en tågperrong o väntar så startar jag den under jackan o behöver inte ha med mig en klumpig värmeväst. Den har riktigt bra batteritid. Upp till 9 timmar o kan även användas som powerbank. Enda "nackdelen" är att om man är riktigt frusen om händerna så kyls den ner o det tar mellan 30 sek till en minut innan den blir varm.

trés bon produit, le seul bémol je l'ai recu dans une boite et le heatbank 9 se trouvait sans emballage avec la dragonne. je n'ai pas recu de cable usb je ne sais pas si c'est normal

Le 1er ne fonctionnait pas . Le deuxième fut le bon cependant, je suis déçu de la faible autonomie de l'appareil. Environ 3h en réglant sur la puissance minimum de chauffe.
