I have checked the product information and it says is from the Women’s department.

Value for money

I've recently got back in the pool and have been swimming two or three times a week. I liked the look of these paddles and thought they might help me to build up my poor stamina a little.The paddles arrive clearly marked with left and right so you know which way to use them. You place your hand through the large hole and put a finger through the small hole to fit them into place. You can then adjust them by pulling the tubing through to tighten them. I found this process quite tricky and it needs to be done every so often as you are using them as the action of dragging the paddles through the water makes them loosen.I have found that they have helped me in the pool. They seem to make the swimming action easier which means I can swim further than usual. I need to work out if this is because I'm not working as hard or because the paddles make me more efficient in the water. The latter is great, the former not ideal.The paddles are solidly built and well put together and my five year old has also enjoyed playing with them in the water. I like them but I need to work out if they are really benefiting my swimming.
