Exceedingly difficult to clean, concerns for Alzheimer's disease
I followed the directions provided with my purchase and we grilled steaks on our grille.The steaks were awesome, however the clean up was nightmarish. That's when I Googledfor cleaning tips for aluminum grillware and came across articles listing concerns for aluminumleaching into the food being prepared. Autopsy reports found unusually high levels of aluminum in the brains of people with Alzheimer's disease, concern arose over the health risks of this metal - including the safety of cooking foods in aluminum cookware. I failed to check this out better prior to my purchase, expensive lesson. I'll stick with cast iron. Thanks.
