ok it dissolves well in cold water taste is ok ..works as well as any other creatine i have used

Definitely notice the difference when using it 👍BUT, buy the plain one!! That's one is 5*.just bought my 3rd pack and decided to go with a flavoured blueberry one, omg it's gross! It tastes and smells really strongly of artificial chemicals 🤮 it's awful and permeates what you put it with,and has a nasty sweetness with it too .. stick with plain! That one basically unnoticeable 👍

Not yet taken long enough to have any effects but dissolves well in water and surprisingly has no taste so easy to drink
