I purchased this item because it came in a travel bag. Had an AWFUL time getting it out of the bag and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it back in. Pillow and other items seem fine.

Awesome, little but packs a big punch. I was surprised how good this little pillow is. I thought it would be terrible. I used this for over eight hours on a bus trip and it was amazing.

Just okay. The bag it came in is pretty stiff. It took some serious effort to get it out of the bag! If you are looking for a firm neck pillow, this is the one for you. Honest also, I ordered two ( a gray and navy blue) and for some reason the navy blue felt better around my neck than the gray one.

Did not come with eye mask. No way to get back in the bag EVER! It has been out of the bag for 48 hours now and it is not the shape it should be .. I will return it!

Pillow very hard to get in and out of case not what I expected I will be returning this item.

Good product and served me well on recent trip. Downside is difficult to stuff/ repack in carry sack, but upside is once achieved is more compact and easier to cary and store than other similar products. Let's see how well the gray color holds up with frequent use, but so far so good and am a pleased customer.
