Oasis Delights Natural Medjool Dates (5kg)

I bought these dates when our local grocery store didn't have Medjool dates for two weeks running. If the dates keep up at this standard, given the price I will definitely be buying again because they're much cheaper and the quality is as very good indeed.I use a lot of dates for making my own 'sweetmeats' and it's very important that the dates are fresh and juicy. Otherwise not only do the sweetmeats turn out badly but the other (high quality) ingredients are wasted. These dates are making excellent sweetmeats.The only thing to note is that the net ingredient quantity is listed on the box as 900 g (they were actually 908 g) - but given their price as against the local organic grocery store (£25 per Kg), there are certainly no complaints from me about the price per kilogram.Delivery was reasonably quick and there were no problems with the packaging.This is my first order from this seller, so obviously time will tell about consistency of quality, packaging etc. - but certainly for now I am hugely pleased.

Medjool Dates can be hit or miss, often very dry with the outer skin rough and coarse and the inner not sweet and soft, HOWEVER, these are awesome!1. Sweet - lovely and sweet with that perfect taste you expect of medjool, slightly caramel.2. Moist - Not dry and quite fresh, BUT make sure you consume the box within 30-40 days as they will start to dry out.3. Consistent - one of the problems with large boxes like these is you get a few good ones and a large number of rubbish ones, however good news is that 80%+ were perfect and consistent with the odd average to not so good date.You could get slightly cheaper if you venture out to local high streets, but not by much.

We have ordered several boxes of these fantastic dates over the last couple of months. They are really large and very tasty, lovely and sticky with a gorgeous toffee taste. Delivery has always been very prompt, in fact the latest delivery was a week early.......so well done to the company. Up to yet we have been highly delighted with the product and service....keep it up please. Highly recommended.

I used to live in Tunisia so I have very high standards for dates and it took me a long time to find dates I was happy with that had no artificial ingredients. These fit the bill. Naturally sweet and great value for money. I use them for smoothies, raw snacks, protein balls or just chopped up in yoghurt for example. My only gripe is the shipping cost is pretty high and storage can be difficult as I generally order the 5kg box and they need to be refrigerated which is my reason for the 4. I've been buying these dates for months now with no complaints on the quality.

Brill Dates! Chewy. Toffee. Sweet. Smooth. Tasty.I LOVE them!! They're so delicious; toffee flavour, perfect stickiness and so much... yumminess!I've been playing around with a vegan/raw diet recently, so I've found a lot more recipes that call for this type of date. I've bought medjool dates before through Amazon, not good. They were tough, dry, bitty and slightly flavourless... and that was the first time I'd tried medjool dates! I was really surprised as I'd heard how great they're supposed to be.But, being optimistic, I decided to look for a different seller and I found these ones and realised how much I'd been ripped off before! These dates are amazing! Perfect for all sorts of yummy recipes (vegan or not!) and they're even better for just snacking on! (When my 5 year-old cousin comes up, she loves to have these now instead of a sweets! - Wow!)Bottom line - buy them & eat them & enjoy! :)

Very good quality dates , juicy and tasty. It dried , excellent choice

I have eaten a lot of different brands of regular dates and Medjoul dates and these are, hands down, the nicest I have ever had. Each date is huge (about the length of my thumb) and nice and fat. They're all juicy and sweet too, no dry dates, no sand, no nasties that I have encountered with other brands of Medjoul dates, just pure deliciousness. I love them cut in half and filled with homemade almond butter and tired with a pecan nut, perfect for my sweet tooth.

Dates have been good - have ordered a few times and apart from one batch which was a bit dry, they’ve been pretty juicy (sometimes a little too mushy though!) but would recommend, overall good flavour . However used to be available on Prime but now seem to take a week or more to deliver so not sure where the order is coming from but too unpredictable so will be finding an alternative
