Looks really cute and great customer service
I bought the fountain and installed it a few weeks after receiving it. It was defective and since it was outside the return time period, I had to contact the seller. They were very responsive and sent me a new one asap. No issues with this one and I am very happy with my purchase and customer service.

Broken
Arrived broken. Packaging was poor. Not equivalent for weight of object. Too bad. The fountain looked fabulous and we really liked it. Already returned and refund received.

Awesome product!
We absolutely love this, just what we needed for our smaller pond area. Great quality, packaging was great with no damage though shipping & in wonderful condition. It “does” come with the hose. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Arrived In Horrible Condition
The box showed up looking like it was beaten with a bat and the leg of the turtle was snapped clean off. It looks great and I'm sure its a great pond spitter -- just a real bummer it was in such terrible shape.
