I have bought this item a few times when my chest is tight I do find it gets easier to breathe when I use this

Seems good. Not a complete fix but does make breathing a little easier.

I bought this spray because I have a blocked nose plus I smoke so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm impressed, my lungs has cleared up and I can take deep breath.

I had hoped that this product would ease my lung condition (Bronchiectasis) which produces mucus, this is described as a spray and mist, it does neither, a squirt would be more accurate! Squirting the fluid into the mouth does nothing at all, no taste, no action on the lungs, so not as described on the packaging. A waste of money, what's worse, you can't get your money refunded.

Was left with breathing difficulties following a virus in 2019 , NHS unable to help, have been taking this three times a day for five days so far but have noticed no difference
