Excellent! Item as described! Now I can use this to video as I’m going down the road on my scooter that way if any accidents occur, it will be recorded on my phone! Plus, I can take beautiful videos as I’m riding my bike or pictures I love this item!My iPhone fits perfectly it expands to the size of your iPhone. It even has a lock so when you finally adjust it to the right size which you want to make it just a little wider than your phone you push down on the lock and it squeeze a little bit together and lock your phone in place! Believe me I’ve got an iPhone 16 plus that’s a lot of money and it’s secured and I don’t have to worry about my iPhone coming out and it will not break your phone if you just follow the directions like I said always have a little room when you’re putting your phone in so when you Turn down the locking device, it locks it into place by bringing it together snuggly against your iPhone!Very easy to install! Vibration level not so much it’s very good about stabilizing!Believe me when I say there is no way I would put $1000 iPhone in this device if my phone was not gonna be secured! Thousand dollars is hard to come by and I’m making payments on that iPhone! My 12 yo just learned to ride a bike. She wanted to be able to listen to music on her phone while she rides. She has my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Fits great. Easy for her to use and really secure. She even took a pretty good spill and the bike went flying across the concrete but the phone stayed firmly in the holder. This is an inexpensive and secure holder. Stays in place on the cross bar too. She has no problem removing the phone either. It seems quite sturdy. She took a video since the camera is unobstructed and the steadiness of the video is good. The fact that the camera isn’t covered was a big selling point. I would buy again.

This phone holder works not just with a plain phone but a phone with a case on it as well. My phone case has a pocket for holding 4 cards (credit card, driver's license, etc.) and because the grips are tall enough they fit around the phone case with ease. Attaching it to the bike was straight forward and easy. The only gripe I have is that the amount of travel for the holding arm between the locked and unlocked positions is too small.I have had previous holders that look like their Gen1 version and I feel the mechanism for locking and unlock was superior than this version. Let me explain. In this version if the phone is held tightly in the locked position then in the unlocked position it is still held tightly enough to where removing the phone is difficult. On the other hand if in the unlocked position the phone is easier (not as easily as it should be) then in the locked position the phone is not held tightly enough. This is because the the distance the arm travels between the locked and unlocked positions is too small to make a difference in how tightly the phone is held. On my previous phone holder the travel distance was just over 4mm instead of 2mm with this one. What it means is you have to tighten/loosen the turn screw in addition to locking and unlocking to use the system as it was meant to be and still have your phone safe.In the end I'll keep using this one because the old one just could not hold my phone with my current phone case.

Some people might say it's not high quality, but it doesn't cost $30 either. Haven' had a chance to use it yet. It came quickly looks good my phone fits and it is a big Samsung sfe20 with a case. If it stays together while hitting bumps, I'll be happy.

I bought this for my e-bike and it was working great. It was nice and tight easy to mount my phone and very adjustable. It comes with rubber strips to ensure it is nice and tight. I used it for a week and no issues the phone never wandered but once mounted removing it is a pain the screw can get stripped easily. The plastic is very durable and the tightness lever kept the phone in place. Fast forward to a wipe out to avoid getting in a collision with an suv with a vaping person looking at their phone and running the red light. I swerved into a ditch and the impact hit the holder and broke a piece of plastic from the ball part that angles the phone. So now it wanders down as I ride it instead of staying in place. Still holds the phone securely but I have to keep pulling it up. So until that moment it worked great and because I had to unscrew it and reattach it the rubber strips are wandering sideways and will eventually come off. But before that it was pretty much perfect and fit iphone pro max with otterbox covers. It is worth getting just be careful when installing it to prevent stripping the screw and avoid direct impacts. I plan to replace it with another since out of the previous 2 I tried this one worked the best.
