Outstanding 1st night
After my 1st night I must say the difference in my sleeping experience was outstanding. I’m 70 years old so some type of pain or discomfort is just part of life( I still work 40 hr weeks). I know it’s only the 1st night but I feel so good & well rested I HAD to write this review. For me, mostly a side sleeper, this pillow checked ALL the boxes.Setting my calendar to revisit this review in 3 months. WOW—- feeling good.Ok it’s 9/4– I was going to wait longer but truly there isn’t any need—-as lay in bed painless in areas where pain use to live I must say this pillow is OUTSTANDING. It has totally changed my sleeping pattern in a great way, my mattress now feels great where a few months ago I was thinking my mattress was part of the problem—- the problem was my previous pillows. Feels GREAT just to lay in bed again. To the people who designed this pillow THANK YOU

Flip it around!
So I'm not going to bother adding any more photos because plenty of people have. As a reminder after opening the compacted memory foam pillow you have to let it air out to get the typical non-pleasant smell out of it for about 24 hours. The first night I slept on it as is...it does have a cooling effect and that was nice. My head felt cradled and it was nice.During the 2nd night I decided to flip it around so that the ridge that is meant to be facing the headboard was under my neck. That worked SO much better because it better supported my neck and head. I slept for several hours and had no pain when I woke up. I highly recommend.

Small but does the job
It stays cool and supports my neck, however, the arm cutoff is kind of useless and an extra pillow underneath is needed (at least for me).

Takes some getting used to
This pillow takes some getting used to. It didn't really cure my neck pain.

Cervical pillow for neck
I like it! A pillowcase won’t stay on it but it doesn’t matter. Pillow stays cool. It’s equal parts firm and soft. I find it to be very comfortable.

A better night’s sleep
I noticed that I seem to rest a whole lot better and that my headaches aren’t quite as frequent. It doesn’t put my neck in a bind and you can sleep in several different positions.

Disappointed
Pillow smells terrible. I let it air out for 24 hours and it still smells. No instructions on how to wash. Amazon says machine dry but do not clean pillow core. No idea what that means. Soft pillow tho.

Love it!
Love this pillow. Had it for a month now and i sleep through the night without waking to adjust my pillow. The neck pain is gone.
