I do not make any scientific claims here just a few basic thoughts.I have shown one of the capsules next to a 1p and a 5p. I took two of them, the first one I swallowed easily it had no bad taste. I deliberately kept the second in my mouth as it dissolved somewhat to simulate those dry mouth days, again there was no bad taste.Reassuringly it has a security seal and is UK made. The container shape is very unusual, it is great though as storage is very easy.I think these are a good option I certainly trust them as a brand.

The directions on the box advise that you take 1-3 soft gels a day. At the highest dosage, this box would only last a month, making these not the best value out there. In regards to size and taste, these are the same as all the others really. I gulp them down with water and let them do their magic.Overall, these are okay, but there are better value tablets available and much stronger offerings too.
