I think it works very well. It's great to make our own cream and add torani's flavoring or other flavoring extracts and make flavored whipped cream.The gas inlet I'm not sure if it is "stainless steel" since it has some rust that appears on it. But yes, I don't think u can get a better one for the money. We don't approve of the aluminum canisters because aluminum is toxic to all living lifeforms therefore we don't want to be eating/consuming it in our food-we go for stainless or cast-iron

Hard to use whip cream when the dispenser goes out and has a leak within less than 45 min of using. Crap out of crap stars

This works exactly as it should if the directions are followed.The unit is nice stainless steel and feels substantial. Nitrous cylinders must be purchased separately.If the instructions are followed, great whipped cream is dispensed every time. It's so handy to add the ingredients and dispense whipped cream right on a piece of pie or your hot chocolate. The product dispensed this way has a different texture than traditional whipping. It's light and airy and I think it's superior.Care must be taken to not allow people to shake the unit. Doing so will cause uneven dispensing and poor results. Just follow the directions carefully and you'll be satisfied.
