A really good kit; decent tools- all you need plus it's a good battery (so far to date, I'll revise in a year)BUT, and it's a big BUT if you don't want this to become a +£100 job follow my advice;-Don't expect any instructions in the kit. Unless you've done this before you need to watch Youtube and research the web (www.ifixit is good). I know many of you will think instructions are for wimps - well best of luck there cowboy!!Please don't attempt this job if you are not comfortable with very tiny precision parts and have the patience to try and try again because boy are you going to need to!Be honest with yourself, this is not a job for the ham-fisted or those in a rush; not if you expect your iPhone to ever work again...A tip: after you have the case open (and, if you ignored advice, dabbed away your tears) and are ready to try to remove the battery, get the case really very warm (don't cook it!), it makes a huge difference to the amount of leverage you will need to apply to break the adhesive grip.Another tip: for reconnecting the home button, lay the case down on the table facing up and gently lay the screen to one side exposing the home-button ribbon connector, it's much easier than faffing holding it like a clam shell !Best of Luck !

On receiving the item I looked at the instructions and was not impressed, a very , very small leaflet, not well printed and difficult to read , and then it tells you to look on the internet for instructions ☹️ . After looking at a few videos, I decided to get it replaced on the high street, so never used battery. So can’t say if it’s good quality or not.For a little extra money I got it replaced while I waited.Just not worth the bother to diy.

I used this battery for iPhone 5 which I was going to throw away because it would not hold the charge.. I replaced the battery and it works very well now... I am really pleased with it .. it was very easy to install but I must say I had to use my daughters light /magnifying glass as my eyes are not what they used to be and screws are mynute 😊

Well worth a try at fixing your battery, at a third of the price of a retail shop. Use the you tube step by step video. All the tools come with the pack. I agree that it is fiddly but worth the effort ,if you don’t like the expense of buying a new phone this is the product for you.My I phone is back to brand new condition and performance. Took me 20 mins to do the install. With a two year guarantee it’s a no brainier. You have nothing to loose

Good battery, it's holding its charge fairly well, better than previous replacement. Not as good as an official Apple battery but at this price it's excellent.Fairly easy to change but then i've changed a few iPhone batteries now. All tools included which is great. Instructions easy to find online, I used ifixit.com which was clear and easy to follow.

The product is really good, It was straight forward to change the battery, the addition of the tools was extremely helpful. The phone is now up and running again, instead of being left in the drawer to gather dust. Good price for a good battery and tools. Very happy with purchase.
