Standard Instructions for the lamp with Gel Polish Manicure from Vice. 1. Prepare the nail well. 2. Apply a thin layer of Vice Base Coat and then cure for 2mins (2x 60 sec cycles). Make sure that you cover the entire nail and make sure you go over the exposed edge. 3. Apply a thin layer of Vice Gel Colour to your nail. Make sure to go over the exposed edge of the nail again (everytime, with every coat). Then cure for 60 Seconds in your Vice LED lamp. 4. Repeat step 3 until you have the desired coverage. Some colours will require more coats than others. 5. Apply a thin layer of Vice 'Non-Wipe' Topcoat. Again, make sure you are capping the free edge. Then cure. 120 seconds (2x 60 Seconds cycles) in your Vice LED lamp. 6. You're done! With the Vice Non-Wipe Top Coat there is no need to remove any sticky final layer. Nail Tech Tips Make sure that you cure for the right amount of time. If in doubt then cure longer than the recommended time. It's very difficult to over-cure this product. 1 Cycle is 60 seconds. Make sure you apply thin layers of colour, multiple times, rather than one thick layer. If a layer is too thick - the UV light can't penetrate it and cure it all the way through. (Meaning that the bottom isn't cured and you get movement, lifting or wrinkles). Always cap the free edge. Both on the Base, colours and top coat. It's the bit that's most likely to cause a problem (with lifting) if you don't. Vice Gel Polish does tend to be thicker than competitor products. It's part of why it lasts so well. Don't worry if it looks thick out of the bottle. It settles wonderfully and gives an amazing finish. Make sure you use Vice Nails Top and Base. We can't warranty the performance of our product with another brands products, and there are many sub standard versions out there.
