My skin has improved but I’m not sure if it’s solely down to these as I am doing other things to help my skin.

Been using these for a month now and have managed to swallow the MASSIVE capsule each day (my issue as I struggle with Paracetamol but all good). Anyway almost a month and my hair. Nails and skin all look the same. My problem is I've been sooooo tired since taking these. It may be totally unrelated but bizarre after 2 weeks of talking these I feel soooo tired xxx

Just started taking these Omnia Marine Collagen capsules—I’m a regular collagen user, but this is my first time trying this brand. The reviews were great, so I was curious to give them a go.Too early to comment on full results, but I love the high strength and clean ingredients. Been taking for over a year, my hair has definitely improved also nails as for my skin, no noticeable affect unfortunately

Have tried a few different brands , while these are the same price and just as effective as other brands, these ones have a horrible taste which puts me off re-purchasing
