I had heard about this dryer sheet substitute, but never tried it till I read an article about the harmful things about dryer sheet. I never knew that some of the most harmful ingredients in dryer sheets and liquid fabric softener alike include benzyl acetate (linked to pancreatic cancer), benzyl alcohol (an upper respiratory tract irritant), ethanol (linked to central nervous system disorders), limonene (a known carcinogen) and chloroform (a neurotoxin and carcinogen), among others. This is terrifying, we would never know how much harmful products surrounding ourselves that we use daily and take for granted using them. One way to avoid the unknown harm is to buy natural or organic products. So I did some research online and decided to try this products. The wool balls are cute and the size are bigger than I thought. It’s a little bigger than a tennis ball. I put all six balls in one load, the result is great! It shortens the drying time, removes the pet furs, and the best of all – it’s safe. Highly recommend!

I've been wanting to purchase wool balls for my dryer for some time now. I finally broke down and purchased these and they're working great. They have absolutely no smell at all, as others have mentioned. They have no static electricity at all and have worked wonderfully to eliminate static in my clothing. I stopped using dryer sheets due to their toxicity and have been dealing with the static electricity that results from having nothing to help. It was so refreshing to take my laundry out of the dryer and not experience that any longer!I added essential oils to the balls and that added an element of pretty smell that's also healthy.I would highly recommend. Keep in mind that they can be washed if they develop an odor and you can also clip a safety pin onto them if you notice they need a discharge of any static.Love them!

I stopped using dryer sheets awhile ago after learning the havoc they can put on your dryer and build up they leave on your clothes. These wool balls help soften your clothes, reduce static, and cut drying time! They last a good while and are better for you and your wallet then standard fabric softener sheets.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these dryer balls. I was certainly doubtful but I am a FIRM BELIEVER now. Hey, I have told all my family and friends about these. Instead of drying for an hour, I dry now for 25 minutes! 😳 I have 2 cats that are in and out, these balls, somehow take the hair off of the curtains. Best money I’ve EVER spent! Hands down. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I bought this product primarily for pet hair issues. My high efficiency washing machine doesn’t do a good job with removing light cat hair from my dark clothes and neither does my dryer! This product helped immensely!!!!! I would say 98% effective! I thought I was going to have to get a new washer & dryer so this was a wonderful find! Price was very reasonable and effective as softener on most everything but towels. Great product!👍
