Due to random circumstances, this couch was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately contacted the seller when the delivery did not arrive after FedEx stated it did. The sellers were extremely helpful and responsive to the situation. They offered to send a new couch or refund if necessary. I was unable to accept another couch as it was needed for a special occasion that week and a new couch would not make it in time. They were great, refunded my money, only to have a random person drop the couch at my house. We worked it out and the seller did get back the refund sent to me as I now had the couch in my possession. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller, they stand by their product. As for assembly, read through the assembly instructions throughly, and it will be a somewhat easy assembly. I had a few hiccups but only because I didn’t read the instructions. Otherwise, the couch is well made and looks great.

For the price, this is awesome! Such a fantastic deal. It did take me longer to put together than I expected, but I did it solo so I'm sure that added to it. My only restraint is that I wish the seats were a bit deeper, but again, for the price, you can't really complain. The fabric is very sturdy, water repellent and easy to clean. Overall, the sofa looks lovely and comfortably seats 3. Happy with it!

2 hrs to assemble, not hard to accomplish

You can’t beat this price. It’s comfy, and while it took a couple of hours to put together it’s honestly not difficult. I do recommend having two people and it may seem obvious but just follow the instructions! I really think a lot of the reviews saying this was a nightmare to put together didn’t closely follow the directions. For us, everything lined up right and the instructions for inserting the cushions are helpful too. The seats did expand to a good thickness and the seat height is the same as all our other outdoor furniture. Can’t go wrong with this purchase if you’re looking for a budget option!!

Took a little time to put together but very sturdy. I ironed the covers which it said you could do so but it flattened the piping. I talked to the seller about it and they very promptly and professionally replaced them..so if you iron stay away from the piping. Good buy.

I found this to be a pain to put together because each piece that you had to attach consisted of a bolt, a washer, then another washer and the nut. There’s quite a few places where you’re connecting pieces and you can’t even see what you’re doing. You’re trying to hold the bolt down and the bottom washer on and trying to screw on a bolt at the same time. It’s extremely lightweight, but does not appear to be very durable. I don’t see the standing the test of time. Not sure what the weight limit is on the sofa, but I don’t believe you’re going to put three grown adults on it safely. The seating part seems very weak.

Very nice quality and comfortable to sit on

This outdoor couch is very comfortable, I can sit outside for hours with friends and family. My dog likes to jump up on it and gets it muddy but the fabric is durable and easy to clean off. I don't like how hard it was to put together on my own but other than that it's a great outdoor couch 5 stars would recommend.
