Key Remote FOB New EMPTY SNAP STYLE CASE Compatible With Chevrolet Corvette 1993-1996

This case was a perfect replacement for my cracked and broken original 1993 Corvette remote fob. Original 1993 fobs had the letters painted orange, this replacement comes unpainted so if you want 100% originality you will need to paint in the letters. The case is sturdy and snaps together firmly. When removing your original old case, be careful with the screwdriver as there are fragile wires inside that activate the PKE proximity sensor that can be damaged if you are not careful. The O.E. fob case is no longer available from GM and this aftermarket one is a perfect solution for your broken original remote case. 5 stars and I highly recommend!

I didn't realize that this is the snap together FOB and not the screw together one, so I returned and ordered the right one. Regardless, the build quality is high and *IF* you have the snap together FOB, go ahead and order it.

My old fob was falling apart so i taped it and looked like crap so i ordered this casing shell and just used the top half, exact fit snapped together perfectly. Key fob looks brand new and works perfect, very happy and no need to pull the guts out of old back piece i just snapped new top cover on and done
