MaypoleRB1000 1.3m Universal Lockable Roof Bars

Good price - arrived promptly - easy to fit to my Mondeo Estate - seems very robust when fitted. Used it first to fetch 3.6m lengths of timber from my local store - rock solid performance.

They seem good but did not fit a Skoda Yeti. Would not grip the bars properly.

Strong, good looking, and so easy to fit and remove. Couldn't ask for better. Overhangs my Suzuki Jimny each side by about 2 inches, so would be fine for a slightly wider vehicle. They carried 80 kilos of oak planks back 15 miles from a sawmill without any dramas. Well recommended, as is the seller. These bars were so well packed, it took some time to get them unwrapped. And the delivery was pretty quick too. Nice one all round.

Needed bars to carry bike carrier. Almost spent £72.00 in warlords then £68 in another motor shop. If your not sure, worry not these are great for all normal none heavy trade use. Very sturdy, nice finish and VERY simple to fit on my rover 75 estate. To round it off nicely delivers free in less than 48 hours. Excellent.

Universal these are not. I've got a Mk6 (2010) Golf with roof rails. They look pretty standard. The clamps on these bars are far too big. You can tighten them down with the rubber fitting kit but there's no way I'd trust them with anything significant on. Somewhat confused by all the positive reviews. Either everyone has much fatter roof rails that me, or everyone's prepared to accept a shoddy clamping system and insecure rails. Makes me nervous to drive behind people with roof bars on in future....buy something else!!

Pity that it is not wide enough to fit side bars near the front of the roof - just needed to be about 10cm larger.

These are excellent value for money and easy to install once you have sorted out which packing pieces you require. When you measure the distance between your existing roof bars, make sure you take the widest measurement as some cars vary from one end to the other. When you have ascertained that measurement add about 20cms for the clamping devices.The sum of these will indicate the size you should order. I can confirm that the 1.3m pack fitted my QasQai 360 admirably.

Fits our Qashqai +2 and carrys a ladder no problem. Fair to good quality I would say . Needed to use packing bits (supplied) to fit around our roof rails - easy enough.All in all a more than decent buy

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Die Stangen sind für unsere Box perfekt , weil wir sehr dünne Stangen benötigen.Die Stangen haben für die Reling gummiartige Adapter dabei und das anbringen ist super einfach.
