The flavor made me want to keep eating even when it was almost unbearably hot. Bought these to do a challenge with my brother and they don’t disappoint! First 5-10 sec it’s like, “Yeah I got this.” The following 5-7 min is a hot burn! Definitely buy again, especially because the price keeps going up! It also kept me pretty full for about 6-8 hours, which is unusual for a ramen.

The spice level of Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken Ramen 2x Spicy is just right, making me sweat a bit. I love the flavors it lends to whatever I decide to add. Making it with a bit of extra broth is my preferred method, and it is plenty enough to fill me up for a good while. This pack will last me a couple of weeks, if I have it fairly regularly. The noodles are perfect, with a soft and mild texture. 5 packs in all, is a good amount for a single person. Worth the money for the flavor alone, 🖤 this ramen.

One of the few foods that have the perfect spice level and I don't know if it's just the flavor or how spicy they are or both but I absolutely love these. I always make 2 packets.

This is spicier than black and the lesser! I enjoyed this heat level and I am happy to buy more going forward! I am an OG spice king and this is a great heat level spicy 🔥 yay! Wish I had a lifetime supple

The noodles are wonderful and thick, as well as filling. The sauce is so hot it makes my nose run, but I love spicy food and I assume I have a high tolerance. The flavor is great to me and even my friend likes it but it's so hot for them and makes their stomach hurt afterwards. If you have a low spicy tolerance, or even a normal tolerance, beware.

These have a very good flavor but boy are they spicy. Not mild spicy, but punch you in the mouth spicy. I had to take my time eating these.

My absolute favorite spicy ramen! I've never had a ramen that could compare. The only thing better, IMO, would be hand made in some Asian restaurant, topped with all the goodies. If you like it hot... And I mean really hot... Give this a try. 🤤💖

In order of what makes this ramen dope: 1. The noodles are the best ramen noodles I've had. If you cook according to the instructions, you get a hearty, flexible, fantastic noodle. If you don't like the seasoning that comes with it, it's worth the price for the noodles and you can make your own broth. 2. The flavor is on point for me. It's hard to put a finger on, but it slaps differently than other spicy ramen I've tried. It gave me the forehead sweats, made my lips tingle, and made my salivary glands do their thing. It's hot first, then salty, then slightly sweet. I wish it were a little more fishy, though. 3. The possibilities! My first try was just the noodles (again, dope), but the possibilities to elevate the junt are so ripe. Egg, seaweed, sesame seeds, fish sauce, lime, cilantro, onions, scallions, shrimp, bamboo shoots, pork belly, bean sprouts, corn, roast beef...any one of them could bring it to a HNL. Pallet context: I dig spicy. My go-to sauces are in the Dave's Insanity family. Red Hot goes on anything but isn't spicy to me. I've been lucky enough to have been introduced to some amazing Asian flavors (Korean, Chinese, Indian...), but I also know my way around US Southern, German, and Spanish food.
