I'm not one to write reviews but I've only been taking this for 2 weeks and I can hands down say that I see a difference. It's amazing! I work 12 hours rotating schedule and would be dragging by the end of my shift. I never felt like I got enough rest. But since I've started taking this shilajit I have energy that I haven't had since before I had my kids!!It's not just the energy, no brain fog either. I feel so much better, I've even had energy to be working out again. And I've been able to tackle projects around the house I've been wanting to do for months. I just reordered so I don't run out. I highly recommend this product.

Great product

I awarded this product four stars primarily because the jar is quite small, given the price point. However, the quality of the contents appears to be genuinely authentic. The flavor itself may require a bit of adjustment; it's unique and definitely not for everyone.

The taste was so horrible, I threw it in the trash.

I love this product and it has changed my life. I do have a lot of energy and countless other benefits I remember when I was hurt myself by accident usually it hurts for a long time like bumping your foot up against a bad post. Usually it would hurt for days, but the pain goes away almost instantly now.

Very small container, mini shovel sucks, but I believe in it! Use a dropper!
