The union jack army patches are very poorly done and look like a dogs dinnerDisgrace to the army !

Of the two cammo patches, one is OK, the other because of the way the random cammo pattern is on it looks stained.The England one looks a bit rubbish, loose threads and the writing seems wrong.The Union Jack is OK.Oddly the Union Jack and the England patches are not in protective covers and are stuck (with velcro) to each other. That means they do not come with the sew on velcro patch to attach to your gear. The cammo ones do have the sew on patch.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. These small patches can be added to backpacks , blankets etcIm not sure you would add them to official army uniform as there are probably rules about what can be added that isnt standard military issue even for cadets and territorials.Even scout / guide uniform may be regulated so check before you add.We wanted them for our camping gear.You get the 4 patches with velcro hook behind but only two back pieces with the corresponding loop which was a little disappointing as it means you cant use all of them without getting some more loop of your own and given that it says ,' pull them off to launder the item' , I expected you could do it with all 4.Stitch quality is average for an embroidered patch.The patches are quite thin but they all have that velcro hook backing to stiffen them up. This also makes them incredibly hard to stitch through with a standard sewing needle.I wondered if the flags would be the same as in their listing.That is, that the camo flags would be uni directional (correct) and the union flag would be bi directional (incorrect).The set I received has the union flag correct (unidirectional) and the camos incorrect(bi directional)That will matter if you want them to add to things to sell on.
