I received the arrow Max plus a week ago and it has already stopped working after only a little use. The control panel does not turn on and if it does the motor will note engage when accelerator is pushed down.

This is a pretty good electric scooter for its price. It is faster and more powerful than my older 350W scooter and it does better on inclines since this is 500W. The lighter you are the faster you will go. For example, my daughter (132 pounds) can reach a speed of 19 mph, which is 2-3 mph faster than me (179 pounds).Battery life and range are pretty close to what’s advertised, but will vary depending on your weight, how fast you ride, and if there’s uphills in your commute. The battery can be fully charged overnight or in a few hours.The brakes on this scooter are also pretty good as it has disc brakes and electronic brakes so you can brake quickly. I really like how it has built-in both shocks for a smoother ride. The LCD display is also nice and informative.

I don't like the fact that it says it goes 20 mph. It only goes 16 mph. Other than that I love it.

I bought.This because the weight limit was 280 . But when I got it, the manual said the weight limit is 220 and I'm 240. I tried riding it anyway and it was fine .Top speed was 15-17 miles per hour. Not 20 mph . Even down hill . 8mph up hill . It was a good smooth ride . But day 2 of having it & it's not working anymore. It's not even coming on . It's fully changed. I only road it once! So if you asking me . Save up your money and get a better 1 then this scooter . So you don't end up like me

2 weeks after buying and it doesn’t turn on. Save yourself time and money

As a tall person over 5.9ft, I chose this electric scooter equipped with 10" tires. Not only does it have a spacious pedal space, enough for me to stand comfortably with both feet, but the solid body design gives me a complete sense of security. What surprised me the most is its suspension system, which reduces the bumpy feeling when riding on uneven roads in the city. In addition, the powerful motor ensures plenty of power, and speed control is very precise. Whether it's for commuting to work or weekend trips, it's my right-hand man.

Worked for first day, now it's dead! Besides it doesn't drive 21 MPH as advertised, it only did 17 MPH.

It goes pretty fast for my liking and is easy to drive, but the instructions were kind of hard to understand, it says it can play music with Bluetooth, but I have trouble turning it on. Overall it was pretty good!
