Sole should be of hard material for protection, here sole and upper same material thats the issue. Product is awesome . Go for it. packaging can be improved . Kindly provide box packagaing.

They are soft but comfort wise I would say 3/5.

poor rubber quality high heels but no cushion at all its quite hard, strap is also not comfortable overall i didn’t like the product requested for return
