Product comes with midsection band and paperwork, nicely folded in a cardboard box.This band is fairly easy to wrap around. Just pull one end of the band, including the strap, through the slit in the other side. Then wrap the straps around the chair or bed, snap the strap ends together, and tighten them down. The fabric is comfortable and pulls flat.It's a little difficult to get the band back in the box after use in a way that allows the box to close.Overall: Works well, nicely made.
