This was for my wife. She has mild arthritis and fluid in her knee. I'm a retired Orthopedic Surgeon and knew exactly what I wanted. Bought one with all the features I wanted based on 40 year practice from a surgical supply shop. More than twice the cost of this. It was Good, Adequate. But not Great. THIS ONE IS GREAT. Maximally comfortable. No bunching up behind the knee. Comfortable material. And longer than others, which makes it more comfortable as well. My wife loved it and won't take it off! Can't beat it for the price! Can't say anything about durability or washability yet. At this price, would buy an extra for travel.

I had ordered medium and returned it for large. Still a bit tight on knee.

I twisted my knee from a fall. It does “help”. I walk daily so I need something like this for support....

Sleeve is comfortable fabric. Stays up but, top of sleeve is same as the bottom end, so the fit above the knee is slightly tight. Other than that-it works great!
