If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would, they have honestly changed my life! I was having so many issues with my gut health prior to taking these, such as painful cramps and bloating, unable to go to the loo etc which was making me feel awful and constantly exhausted. However, I’ve now been taking these daily for a couple of weeks and the difference is amazing. My bloating has gone, my cramps have gone, my entire gut seems to have regulated itself and I feel better than ever! They are so affordable compared to other products on the market, and I’ll absolutely be buying them every month. They’ve also all but resolved some issues I was having with intimate health too. Honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Overall, Vitaflora was a worthwhile addition to my routine. It took about two weeks to feel noticeable changes, but by the end of the month, my digestion felt smoother and more balanced. If you’re looking for a beginner-friendly probiotic to improve gut health, this is a solid option.

Apparently, there is always something better out there and maybe this item is a gimmick or maybe it works when used properly. I'm just putting that there as a warning that a one month supply is not appropriate enough time to reliably review a vitamin when these things take at least 2-3 months period to show any differential signs. With that being said the biotic blend is a water soluble and will start working within 2-3 days but will vary between person to person.Review:Initially, I got this due to having a greenish-yellow colouration to my mucous (YK what I mean but censorship probs won't allow it) but I have no signs of infection - STI/UTI - and have been experiencing this for at least a decade. Additionally, my period was late as in 34 days which is highly irregular for my cycle which got me worried in the first place and why I bought this item. I also don't take any medicine for my menstruation, never have.Side note:I'm not an active person - homebody and work part-time. I eat between 2-3 meals a day and I'm not s*xually active. I don't use body gel/lotion/or any chemicals down there as I believe it messes with your pH and natural cleaning factors and I daily wear new underwear and use liners when appropriate. This is just to show how environment might disrupt end results.It arrived the next day, packaged well and pristine.I consistently took the per capsule a-day recommendation before bed (so I didn't forget) and was taking this during my cycle that has just been. In the first few days I noticed an acidic smell which is normal but to me I never had it smelling like that before and then the smell left as I also noticed a reduction in the colouration and frequency of the mucous.Other than that, everything seemed normal.Despite the subtle signs of change, I have bought 2 more boxes because I do think that they are working but like I said in the beginning these things take time to show any real differences that YOU notice. The capsules are easy to swallow but I recommend gulping quickly as a taste in your mouth (mushroomy? Idk) begins to leak out - Idk if this affects it. Anyway, they don't upset my stomach nor leave me feeling nauseous.I will say that there is no sheet of information packaged within the box like you'd find in over the counter medicine as majority of the useful information is labelled on the box.I might come back for an edit in a couple of months for an update but for now this is it, make what you will of my review and I apologise for the TMI but I believe I'm amongst friends here that will appreciate the honesty.EDIT: Four months later!I unintentionally stopped using this and I coincidentally was having urinary issues during the weeks leading up to my period. Fortunately, everything is fine but I haven't since had any problems after having stopped taking these. I don't know if it was a placebo effect but discharge colouration according to my medical record is in the all clear and normal to me.I have had two periods since my initial problem began and have not noticed anything different.I think these are just one of those things that mildly make things better.

Excellent value for money,just as efficient as the leading competitors BUT far,far cheaper because this competitor cares that their beneficial product is available too all,especially the elderly,so help yourself,friend & family & purchase this product not thr far more highly priced competitors who only put profits first not people!!

This stuff is amazing. Less than 2 weeks and I just forgot about any concerns “down there”. Meno is like a rollercoaster of symptoms and I was pretty fed up. Until along came this box…now won’t go without it :)Bring some along!

You can tell it is good quality product by the packaging as well as it being made in the UK. they are the same size as a a normal tablet so it is easy to use. This contains multiple strains of probiotics which studies suggest is better overall that a single strain so it is good value for money. Fennel and ginger are also in the product but do not effect the taste at all.

I've been using Vitaflora Probiotics for almost a month. My main reason for taking them is to help balance the pH in my intimate area. I do feel like they're helping, although I was hoping for slightly better results by now. That said, I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, which I know can affect healing, so I’m trying to be patient with the process. I’m continuing to take the probiotics and also using topical creams to support faster healing. Although they are way cheaper than other probiotics in the market, one of the reasons that I purchase them as well.
