It works! Relatively Clear Spheres
Pricey, but it does the trick. I’ve got the single mold. Ice comes out relatively clear and very solid. The shape is great too. Almost perfectly round. Doesn’t leave a plastic/rubber odor like some other products. It also doesn’t leak or create a crazy mess like other products. My ice spheres still aren’t perfectly clear, but I think that just comes with practice and experimentation. Otherwise, this product’s worth a try for sure. To my fellow whiskey sippers; Enjoy!

Worked Perfectly
Best ice mold I've had. I just replaced my old mold with this one. Old one was creating cloudy ice. Same process with this and the ice is crystal clear. Buying more as gifts to friends.

Great ice
The maker is simple enough. The quantity of ice balls is good. The shape and size aren't the best. It is rather big. But I am happy with it. If you follow the directions the ice does come out pretty clear. Overall I am pleased with the product. I let it freeze for 2 days as opposed to 1 like it says.

Excellent Ice—Advertised Dimensions Don’t Match
Near perfect spherical clear ice. Berlinzo’s mold produces near‑perfect, crystal‑clear ice spheres, but the sizing is not as advertised. I purchased this model because it claims to make 2.4‑inch spheres, yet the actual molds—and the resulting ice—measure much closer to 2.1 inches. I also own Berlinzo’s four‑sphere mold, which is advertised as producing 2.1‑inch spheres, and the ice from both products is identical in size. Something in their specifications seems off, especially since this model is listed as 2.4 inches and another one is advertised as 3.1 inches.

Works great.
This thing really works. The directions say to boil filtered water and let it cool before filling and then freeze for 24 hrs. I used straight filtered water from my tap and it worked great. It is compact and fits my freezer easily. The little bag that comes with it enables one to store a small supply of ice balls. Great product.

Easy clear ice spheres--no silly boiling water, distilled, etc
Finally, clear ice! I used room temperature water from the Brita, which gives me cloudy spheres in normal molds. This one is simple to use. Beware, it does take quite a while to freeze, since it's quite a bit of water. I would love if they would figure out how to make it easier to get all the ice below the mold out of the mold--if the bottom half were a little flexible or something, you could just flex it out. But if what you care about are clear ice spheres, this is the product!!
