I am so glad I finally invested in a pair of these
These changed my workout life. I am so glad I finally invested in a pair of these. I'm only 22, but I suffer from some joint pain and crepitis in my knees. My doctor and I are still figuring out what is wrong, and the pain doesn't stop me from working out, but I was slowing down my leg progress. So far, I've done 2 leg days with these sleeves, and the pain I usually have when doing squats and lunges was extremely reduced, almost gone completely. The sizing chart was great. I'm kind of between large and XL, so I read the recommendations and since I don't do anything like crossfit, and I only really do weights, I went with the large. It fits just fine, and supports me amazingly. These were the third sleeves I purchased, and I see myself purchasing these again when I need a new pair. These knee sleeves feel great while wearing them. They offer great support and warmth for the tendons and ligaments in your knee they were just as good as Rhebands for half the price. have noticed that my knees and legs recover faster now that I'm wearing these sleeves.I would recommend this product to anyone that squats heavy or does any kind of lower body workouts.
