This is THE PILLOW. I’ve been on the hunt for a pillow that works for me for a while now; my most recent one was the Tempurpedic Cloud pillow which was incredibly disappointing given the price. It would bottom out on me instantly; my dog chewed it up and honestly I wasn’t mad about it. So then I found this one; I’ve always been a fan of Bedsure products as I have two of their comforters. This did NOT disappoint! I’m really surprised to see reviews saying it’s not cooling: I think it’s absolutely cooling, which I still find fascinating! People are also saying it doesn’t stay cool long enough…first off, I don’t think any pillow will stay ice cold throughout an entire night of sleeping. I mean that’s just not realistic, any cooling pillow you buy is going to warm up a little bit with your head on it for potentially 8+ hours I would guess. I personally think it stays incredibly cool throughout the night; sometimes I even get a little too chilly and have to flip it to the other side!!!A couple more great things: I didn’t notice/experience any strong smell upon opening the package, and it had expanded to size almost immediately (I didn’t wait the 24 hours for it to expand because I was so excited to use it that night). I’m a medium firm pillow person but the reviews led me to purchase the soft. I was skeptical and immediately after I bought it, I was already thinking I was going to be returning it for the medium-firm… but to my surprise, the soft is SO perfect for me. For a pillow labeled as soft, I wasn’t expecting such a perfect match to my usual preferences. No bottoming out, fantastic support all night. I would label this pillow a medium, on a soft/medium/firm scale (which is how I like to categorize pillows). This pillow doesn’t have those options so if my soft/medium/firm scale is how your brain categorizes pillows as well, think of Bedsure’s soft as a medium, and Bedsure’s medium-firm option would probably be a firm on my scale, if I had to guess.Make sure to follow the instructions about the pillow case; you can wash it, and don’t use another pillow case over it if you want the full cooling effects. The pillow is really high quality and it should cost a lot more than it does. I haven’t washed the pillow case yet so I can’t speak on that experience, but I don’t anticipate any problems.I’m planning to order another one in case my dog gets a hold of this one too…please don’t discontinue this pillow ever!!!!!! I’m such a fan of Bedsure’s products and now, even more so!

Best pillow ever. I’ve been a hot sleeper my entire life and this pillow is a revelation! I ordered a second one after the first night of sleeping on it.It took a little while to get used to the whole memory foam thing, but so worth it. It feels so refreshingly cool every time I lay my head on it. Yes, your head warms it up over time, but just rotate the pillow to find a new cool spot. And once you move your head, the warm spot cools back down quickly.Part of the cooling “magic” comes from the special fitted pillow case that comes with it. The great news is that the cases are machine washable. The not so great news is that they don’t seem to sell the special cases separately. It would be nice to have a spare pair. The covers zip on and I have had a few close calls when the zipper caught, and I was afraid I’d have to break it to get off. Don’t know what I’ll do if that happens.

The cooling insert is nice but, of course, it doesn't stay consistently cool if you don't move your head a lot while you sleep. My neck does feel better sleeping on this medium firm pillow. The manufacturer suggests not using a cover other than the one provided so it doesn't really go with the rest of my bedding but that's merely cosmetic and does not take away from the quality or usefulness. Size and thickness are fine.

I tried this pillow after 2 others, this one offered a cooling side. Let me just say it does what it claims to do! Wow! This one pillow has completely changed how I sleep at night. Being at the age of "changes" this calmed my night sweats and stopped me from having to get out of bed during the night to cool off. That right there is the BEST reason to get this one!The material is Firm, where it needs to be and soft on the outside. I am in love with this pillow! The Blue cooling side has held up grest for 7 months now and it's still staying cool! YA HOO! Grab it, if your suffering like I was. It's a total game changer. I promise you will be happy. You do not need to spend so much on the expensive pillows to get relief. I'm going to get more, one for everyone in my home to stay cool during the summer months. I have a feeling it's going to be bad this time!

Not very cool once you lay on It.

I better get a refund for this pillow because they say you can’t get a refund if you used it. I laid on it for five minutes and this is not a cooling pillow at all. It’s a normal pillow and I did not stay cool at all. I put my head on it and I cannot even feel it cooling. Don’t waste your money on this pillow. I spent 40 bucks and I barely get my $40 back.

VERY comfortable and has great support. I honestly can’t imagine going the firmer route. The softer version is great. My old Comfort Revolution pillow has since been revamped and looks nothing like the newer versions.. so I needed a replacement from a different company as it went sorta flat. It’s roughly 2” in height and stays VERY cool. Highly recommend for face down sleepers/ warm sleepers/ side sleepers

I’m constantly searching for a decent nights sleep free of pain and hopefully not having to flip the pillow more than 8 times a night. I probably own 18-20 pillows. Now I can give those all away! This one is the perfect depth for my neck so far fewer headaches and I don’t have to flip the pillow to stay comfortable. Now I’m not gonna tell you it’s icy all night but it doesn’t get hot. Also, it works well even though I am on oxygen and a CPAP machine. Neither too soft or too firm I have finally found a pillow that is just right!
