The product is good. Cooks well. The issue was delivery as it was delivered by Hermes and there was issues. The item came as described. The let down was delivery.

Sour - Not to Everyone’s Taste
The flavour of this Cassava flour is too sour for my taste. In reading different articles about the use of garri in Nigerian and Ghanaian recipes, the dried, ground cassava is fermented. That could be why some customers here thought that the flour was rancid.

i LIKE THIS PRODUCT AS IT TASTED CRISPY, ALMOST FRESH ELSE JUST REFRY IN A DRY HOT PAN TO BE AS GOOD AS EVER. I DONT USUALLY LIKE THE GARI BUT KEEP IT FOR EMERGENCIES AS DRY CUPBOARD FOOD. AS SEMOLINA, STIR TOGETHER SOME GARI WITH WATER, SERVE WITH SPICY ROAST MEAT, FISH, STEWS, SOUPS OR FOR A QUICK SNACK, MIX WITH COCONUT WATER, ROASTED NUTS AND COCONUT MILK, OR THE GARI JOLLOF WITH VEGETABLES ETC
