Excellent pan
Nice and heavy, this can chargrill a steak on a cheap electric stovetop while keeping the inside rare. The handle being removable means it doesn’t heat up during cooking which makes handling a lot easier. I went for the stainless steel trivet due to reviews about the bamboo trivet breaking. Cast iron requires more care and maintenance, but they really are the best and this pan is a great example of it. Great for the price.

Decent, heavy duty skillet. Just make sure it's dried properly and oiled before storing it away as it does show signs of rust if put away damp.

Very happy!!
I was very skeptical at first, it took a while for the seasoning to stick. Making eggs at first was a nightmare of scraping, but now after a week or so, it’s great! i couldn’t recommend it enough! it looks beautiful, different from all other cast iron pans! it’s not very deep but that means the water evaporates quicker, leaving a better sear. very sturdy and heavy, amazing heat retention! i used avocado oil for the seasoning.

Großartige Pfanne mit praktischem Griff für den Ooni Ofen! Ich mache sehr gerne zum Beispiel griechische Peperoni mit Knoblauchsauce darin oder Feta, gebratenes Gemüse wie Paprika, Zwiebeln etc! Super auch auf dem Induktionsfeld verwendbar!

I love the pan. It’s a good size and the sides aren’t too high. You must season it for it to cook without sticking. I did barramundi skin side down to see if it stuck. Fish skin crisp and not stuck. Good buy
