Spike All Purpose seasoning is very helpful in flavoring your food whether you're on a salt restricted diet or not.

Spike comes in two versions. The regular package is heavily salted. The blue package (the one I am submitting this review for) is No-Salt. I've been using Spike for over 40 years - it is great on just about everything. Baked potatoes (hash browns too), eggs, fish, beef. For a real treat put a little spike on fresh tomato slices. Toast some wheat bread and put avocado slices, tomato slices and sliced mushrooms and a dash of Spike. Sprinkle on a grilled cheese sandwich.
