My bff's boyfriend has worse anxiety then I do (me=4 panic attacks a day), so I got him a essential oil necklace and this. He is over the moon with this. Wears it every day and can function much better. My bff stated that even she was soothed by it sitting 3 feet away. Not over potent or overbearing, pleasant smell.

I don't know if it is actually the oil helping with my anxiety or if it is just the smell that makes my mind focus on something else. Either way, it is not a cure all, but it is very helpful when I am having an anxiety attack.

Have already used this oil and multiple time since recieving a few days ago! Smells great and really does have a calming effect. This is my first essential oil to try and I’m hooked! I have tried rubbing a bit behind my ears and placing some on my wrist to smell throughout the day. Both work well! Will be buying again!

I think when it comes to anxiety, each person dealing with it has certain scents that are specific to them when it comes to what mood it triggers. I took a chance ordering this online not knowing the scent, but for me I don't care for the smell. This to me smells exactly like my kids Burt's Bees outdoor insect repellent. The only thing this scent triggers to me is when we are outside and we are lathered in mosquito oil and we cant wait to take a full shower to get it off. I'm trying to find a scent that reminds me of a relaxing spa to calm me when I need to self soothe from anxiety. Maybe a simple lavender next time.

This oil has a light orangey/woodsy fragrance. The smell reminds me take pause and breathe, which, in turn, helps me to be calm and focus on the task at hand. And it soaks into your skin quickly so there is no oily mess or residue.

What a nice little wonder !!! It definitely puts you at rest and relaxing mode, just few drops, rubbing it on head temples wherever you feel up to, specially after a stressful day or situation is a great alternative to Xanax , I will sure order more no doubt

I bought this for my son; however, I ended up using it every night to fall asleep. It keeps me calm. I loved it so much I bought it for my friend and she uses it every day as well and loves it!

This product is incredible, and that's an understatement!! I suffer from severe anxiety while managing a high-volume underwriting office and being a full-time single mom. I will not go one day without this oil. I no longer have palpitations which I still can't believe. I'm sensitive to most medications and have tried most for anxiety; all have a side effect.
