Everything arrived well as I ordered, only the box somewhat damaged

Used item?
I discovered that some items were missing. Typically, new Nike shoes come wrapped in paper to protect them. However, the shoes I received were not wrapped in any paper. Additionally, the LeBron 21 model is supposed to include a shoe keeper to prevent the shoes from losing their shape. I did not find this item inside the box. Due to the missing those items and the unusual packaging, I am questioning whether the product I received is truly new.
