The media could not be loaded. Water purifier is working really well. Water tastes good and you can feel the quality of water and change in taste. Compact design, easy installation, and good flow speed. Value for money and perfect for family use.I have been drinking borewell water and it works perfectly fine for hard water.The only thing to remember is you need to take the filter (white coloured tube outside) additionally because it does not come along with your product, and it will cost you around 1000 -1200 rs.

Water Taste and purification is good.. it is sweet as Kaveri water... Mentioning again sweet as Kaveri wate...Coming to the instalation, it was very quick and instalation was done on the same day the product got delivered upon the request.. instalation person was very polite and knowledge person. Good product! Go for it if you're fine with plastic tank, otherwise prefer for a ss tank or copper.Taste is also fine and you can add on accessories like taste adjuster, ss tank etc. later if you want.Installation was also satisfactory.It's a good purchase for the money you spend plus you get the filter along.Tds level in my home before installation was 145 and after installation drops to 30 which is very good.Using the product is also very easy.Update: Due to may be installation issue, recently after 3months of usage we found water dripping from the body of the purifier and the technician found out that due to pressure one of the pipes connecting to an internal filter got pulled out due to water pressure.Please ensure proper installation is done.

Product is very good .But I will advice not to buy from online.Better buy off line.Because after sales Service term condition or customer support all denied completely by the on line service and brand Service.I received the product on 2nd of sep 2025 but till 21st sep.2025 non of, both from online platform nor brand means eureka forb sent their technician to install. I ve to install from my own pocket.though the amazon console to give the installation charges in my wallet,but later they completely denied.so don't be trap.......

Have installed the purifier a week back and it's working properly.... installation is done with ease and is helpful.

I had Kent Grand plus for five years. I was fully satisfied with it except for the services I was getting in the new place I moved in, Manapparai. Since my place was a bit far from Trichy, I can understand the delay by2 to 3 days. But it always took one week for them to attend after my repeated reminders. Hence I decided not to renew the AMC with them nor to purchase a new one from Kent.I decided to go for an alternative one. After some good research, I zeroed in on Eureka Forbes' Aquaguard. It is one month after installation, I am very pleased so far. This one flushes out much less water comparatively and is tasty too.Hope I will get some good service in future. Of course, Installation experience was good.

Good product and the Installation team is also very good team.

This is good for the initial year but after one year the technician has told me to buy a 2999 worth of plan to change the filter in my final free service which is given after the warranty end. I have to buy the plan for 3 Thousand rupees and when asked he said the first year warranty is only for repair bit to replace filter so please when buying it keep in mind after one year you have to pay 3k and and then after 2nd year you have to pay 4500 every year. Do mention that on amazon
