I love the design of this wooden knitting bowl! I have 5 cats who want so badly to help with my projects. The bowl prevents yarn tangling, keeps my project contained and mobile in an adorable vessel AND keeps my cats away from the yarn.

This book is beautiful! I can’t believe I waited to buy one. I have stopped chasing my yarn on the floor. It stays put and the yarn pulls smoothly. There are no seams or creases, It is solid and lightweight. If there ever was another one made I would love it to be more rectangular and I would buy that too for the larger yarns.

Excellent quality, works very well! It can hold 2 50gram skeins at a time making ease of color work. I also use my bowl for much larger skeins, and if I’m not crocheting, it can hold my project, with yarn and hook (well not Afghans,lol). It’s really worth the price.

This bowl is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. I didn't realize when I ordered it that the goodies came with it but they're much appreciated. It came very very quickly and was well-packaged so arrived in great condition. I am very happy and satisfied with my new yarn bowl !!

This smooth bowl will only hold 1 rolled skein of yarn at a time unless the ball of yarn is quite small - 3-4" or so. I do wish this company would make a much larger bowl that would hold 2 large balls of yarn about 5" or so, then I would use the extra hole.The bowl is a beauty and after reviewing other bowls for sale this is the one I picked and I am very pleased. I have only used it for a few days.

I was Very happy to find this bowl and the kit included was a bonus! The bowl is smooth for the most part, so far my yarn does not stick or fray by the small area that is not completely smoothed out. The size detail is exactly as described and I am able to travel with it, since I have a large project bag. Both my knitting and crochet needles stay put in the added holes and I have been able to alternate colored skeins easily.

I bought this for my wife after I saw her knitting and the wool balls "running" all over the floor. The bowl is well made, the slot for the wool is smooth and does not snag the wool. She also loved the cat profile - a nice touch. If you know a knitter, this is a wonderful present.
