Room smelled like burnt electrical last night after using the mat. Update !!! another in room heater has been found to be the culprit. I have changed my review back to 5 stars and apologize for the earlier bad review.

It’s time to start some seeds and this jumbo pad is just what you need to utilize maximum space with the right amount of heat for germination. Great value for the money and easy to use

Solid mat to use to germinate seeds. Pick a good location preferably in door with a surface that won’t absorb heat. If needed put cardboard underneath to insulate. I got great results in an accelerated timeframe.
