Ball Realfruit Low Or No-Sugar Needed Pectin 5.4 oz (Pack of 2)

I've used this to can various fruits and each time I've had success with the jam setting up well. Sure it's a bit of sugar but when I'm able to cut back from equal parts fruit pulp to a quarter or no sugar added, that's a win! The fruit jam tastes like fruit without being too tart.

This product is easy to use. The end product is tasty spreads. I enjoy mixing the spreads with peanut butter and putting it on a hoggy bun. The unused product easily stores till the next season.

This product arrived open and unusable. The box arrived crushed and re-taped. Very disappointed.

Does not have a laid out, basic instructions. It took me forever to figure it out. Nothing like the regular pectin instructions. Its a one shoe fits all.

My first Clementine jam with " Ball realfruit low sugar" on the way. I am so thankful for sending this to UK. Is like gold dust, so difficult to buy, but American come to rescue. Thank you very much for so speedy post and can't argue with the price is well. Definitely worth the money, top seller.

This was my first year to can anything without my mom. For health reasons I have needed to reduce my sugar intake. I was a little worried that the jam might not set up right using less sugar but it was great!!!!! I highly recommend this product.

The measurements for quantities to jell wasn't enough. I guess it thickened a bit, but never jellied. I will use more next time.

Works great for making low sugar peach jam. This is our second year making jam with this product, and the jam has jelled but not become overly stiff or dry.

I use erythritol for my jams and this pectin helps greatly to have the right consistency. Will buy it again
