Wow what a great looking bit of kit,this was perfect for me as the look fitted exactly how I wanted it ,i set up and was not impressed the sound was so low . I decided to return the unit set everything in motion within a about a hour I got a email from the company explaining what I needed to do to return and gave me some tips to help with the problem, Thank god they did turned I'd turned the volume up ,yep I was the volume Knob for sure ..... I've now cancelled my return and am very pleased with both the look and the sound ,I think at this price point this is a great machine for a casual listener,the build quality is great oh and did I mention how it looks .... customer service was fantastic and just from the couple of emails I received and the care of the packaging you can tell this is a proper family run British business that they take pride in .... to sum up if you want a high end sound machine and you're a audiophile this machine is probably not for you but if you want a good all-round system that looks pounds more then it's price point then I say this is for you.
