Although the product didn’t work as expected for me, I was very impressed with Vofel’s customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Easy to move though the functions. I’m still getting the hang of using it, but it seems like it s a quick and easy addition to my routine.

I want to leave this ad because I had doubts about this product and so did my wife because of some reviews we had seen. But Honestly I've been using for about a month and when I use it i use the Medicube brand collagen jelly and I also use other daily facial serums in my daily routine. But honestly I use it maybe twice a week and i have actually noticed quite a nice difference in my face and to be honest i did notice a small difference immediately a little bit better color as well as lines in my face definitely less noticeable but i doubted that it was the machine but now ive been using a little over a month and there is definitely obvious results. My face is much smoother as well as has a lot more warmth and glow coming from my skin, I'm very pale so I tend to feel self conscious about the hew of my skin but I'm very satisfied with this machine and my wife has also been made a believer. I didn't have very high expectations when i first purchased because of the price but overall im actually very satisfied.
