Nature's Secret - Super Cleanse, 200 tablets

Not certain, but this product appears to be what was called Dual Action Cleanse previously. I have no idea why they changed the name, assuming this is the same product. DAC appears to be no longer available. All that said, I like the product as it does exactly what it says. Just follow the instructions. Doing a cleanse semi-regularly is something I will continue to do and I will use this product.

I absolutely love this product. Since I turned 30 I have had a problem with a slow metabolism. I don't even need the 3 a day. In the beginning 1 pill was sufficient for me. Now I take 2 pills (one in the morning and one at night) whenever I feel I can't go. It works in a matter of a couple hours for me. I am so pleased with this product because unlike laxatives it is very gentle on your stomach without giving you those awful cramps. I haven't seen any weight loss but I haven't gained any either. If you are looking for a miracle weight loss pill, this product probably isn't for you. However, if you need help going #2 then this will definitely help. I think a lot of the bad reviews on this product is because people expect to lose weight which I don't think this product was meant to be used as a weight loss pill. Hence: CLEANSER not WIGHT LOSS MIRACLE PILL.

Let me try to be polite. I tend to have sluggish bowels and never think I evacuate enough.I ordered this mid May and took it at night, after I received the bottle. I took on tablet the next morning. Then I worked, and did my regular tasks and I took it at night. Then the next morning, I took one, and about 2 hours later, "it" started. I work from home with a bathroom nearby. I used the bathroom over 5 times. I took it that night. I thought I must REALLY be full of it.I injured my knee so I've not worked out, but a few times. I didn't experience a butt explosion during a squat cause I couldn't do a squat. But, driving home from the gym which is close by, I noticed my stomach, rumbling, then my lower stomach. I got home and had a butt explosion practically filling the toilet. I took it at night, then the next morning.I had atleast 5 trips to the toilet. I continued this, until I had to travel during the day, so I took it at night. I stopped for 2 days when I went on 600 mgs Ibuprohen every 6 hours, thinking this would just wash out the Ibuprophen. Ibuprophen is constipating, so I took this at night. I wasn't constipated, needless to say.When I travel or have day time plans I don't take it during the day. I took it last night, and I took it this morning, and boom, another huge butt explosion after lunch. The tablets are green by the way, and I only take one twice daily, but haven't gone a full 30 days due to starts and stops. Imagine taking this, and having plans the next day, that wouldn't';t work. I absolutely love this product.I had an issue with my gall bladder, I could feel a stone. But when I take this daily, it's not there, and I've lost a few pounds. My stomach isn't bloated, like it used to get with laxatives. I want to take this for 30 days straight and see what it does. I'm so glad I found this product, and it really proved what I was full of....

O.k., So here goes. I will try to review this product and subject in the most tactful way I can.I have never used a product like this before, and read the other reviews on Amazon before proceeding. I work out 4-5 days a week at a gym and figured if I kept my "outside" healthy, why not give it a try and get the "inside" healthy too. Now I could cut back on eating a little, and that wouldn't hurt, but I wanted to try this product, along with the recommended ACAI freeze dried product from Amazon (see my review on that separatley) to see what, if anything, would happen.So, I usually have one bowel movement (BM) per day in the a.m. I started using the product, as directed, taking one tablet in the a.m. and one in the p.m. Within a few days, my BM's increased to two. There was more content than normal. Not runny or diarehea, just what one could consider a normal and healthy BM. I increased the dosage to two in the a.m. and two in the p.m.. This increased BM's to two or sometimes three per day. The recommendation is that you not take more than 3 in the a.m. and 3 in the p.m. so with that I stayed with the 2 in the am. and two in the p.m. which seemed to be working just fine.I did not have any "emergency" situations arise. When I felt the need to go, there was no problem. I would 'get situated" and have a large BM in a realtive short period of time and felt fully evacuated (if that is the correct medical term). The same would be true of the second or sometimes, the thrid BM of the day. From time to time, I would have gas, but I attributed that to my eating habits. We will see what happens when I get to the end of the 30 day recommended end of the dosage.The only thing I am not sure about is whether it is the Super Cleanse or the ACAI is having the effect on my BM's. I have not lost or gained any weight since I started on March 18, 2009, but like I said, I didn't change my diet. When I reach the end of the 30 day recommended dosage, I will stop the Super Cleanse and continue on with the ACAI and see what happens next.I felt the product performed as advertised. Can't say how your digestive system will react, but mine had not problems.Well, I don't think I got too graphic, while still giving a fair review.

My wife takes this whenever constipated and has been shocked the few times it didn't work right awayThis review is pertinent to the seller where best price is accurate and quality is in terms of product condition and expiration, both of which were ideal.

It is gentle and dependable. I take it every night before bed.

Love that this form of fiber is safe to double the use and helps me do my business. There is no flavor which is a plus. The pills are medium to large so beware if you have trouble swallowing them!
