Setting up the Maidesite standing desk was straightforward and took around 45 minutes. I paired it with their 160x80cm desktop, which creates a solid surface, especially at the lower height settings. At heights ranging from c100cm to 120cm, the desk remains stable for typing and general work. However, there is noticeable wobble if you give it a good shake - can't really complain at this price point though.The motors are quick and relatively quiet. The whirring sound from the motor is not overly intrusive. I have sat on the desk and it raises and lowers with ease. I am approx 75kg.The included cable/plug holder is very flimsy (it is just a piece of metal which you need to bend in shape) - I replaced it with another item available from Amazon.Comes with casters too along with fixed pads. However, casters will raise the desk (including worktop) from c71cm to c76cm which made it too high for my sitting position without foot rest at ~5ft8.I recommend setting the collision avoidance to the highest sensitivity. If left at the default setting, the desk won’t stop easily when it encounters an obstruction (it chipped a bit off my windows sill without stopping on default setting!!).Overall, I would recommend this desk to friends and family.

This desk was pretty easy to put together even on my own. It feels incredibly sturdy and the movement up and down is very smooth. The buttons are easy to understand and I love that I can have 4 different heights memorised, unlike my partner's standing desk which doesn't have any. I haven't tried the reminder function yet, but every other part of the desk has worked brilliantly.

Great item. I bought the variable height desk to make it easy to slide my desk chair under - to maximise the space when not working. I went for a more expensive desk to avoid wobble when working stood up and have a more aesthetic look. I’m 6ft3” and the desk more than exceeds my comfortable working height when stood up. For the desk top itself I bought a poplar slab from a local wood mill

I use this with the combined weight of a laptop, docking station, 3 x 24 inch screens, speakers, keyboard, mouse. Yes I have 3 screens and their steel support-arms, and this frame copes admirably with raising an lowering them a number of times a day. I chose this item for it's load-capacity and its two motors as I knew I would be stressing it out.The controller is easy to use, and has a handy USB charging socket which I've used to charge headphones, etc.No issues.

Bought this on prime day to repurpose a desktop on an old fixed desk. I am very pleased I spent a bit more for a 2 motor system. It is very quiet and smooth operating. Table is still very stiff in the standing desk configuration. Well packed for delivery. Straight forward to assemble. The desk controller works well with programmable heights. I paid £255 and am very happy with it

I absolutely love this frame! It’s curvier and much more attractive than those narrow ones. The legs are impressively sturdy and heavy, adding to its overall stability. I initially had an issue with the controller, but customer support was fantastic—Romina went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved. I learned that the anti-collision system relies on the controller being stable, so once I secured it to the desk, everything worked perfectly. Assembly of the frame and table was pretty easy.Operating it is also easy.What I would suggest is whoever buys this frame to also buy a cable tidier like this :https://amzn.eu/d/4fSOJSPAs the colour matches perfectly.Another recommended item is a 3M long 1U power strip (used in server racks) as with these 2 you can organise the desk pretty neatly, and all you would have to plug in to the wall is 1 plug. And all your devices could be plugged in to the under the desk screwed on power strip.

Bought this desk because my previous (single motor) desk was unable to lift all the stuff I have on my table top (two monitors, heavy monitor arms, very heavy laptop + charger and other stuff).The MAIDeSITe lifts it all without complaint and does it in a nice smooth way. The memory functions work. The only part I didn't check is the USB power charger, but that is because I already have a power strip with builtin USB ports riding up and down with the desk.I've been using this desk for about two months, and I've been very happy with it so far.
