I have Arthritis and my chiropractor recommended for me to take wheat germ oil supplements. I started by taking three in AM and three in PM .I wasn't sure this would work but I don't want to go on RX drugs The side effects look scary . I have been taking them for about three years now . I take a number of supplements (I'm 65) and it's a given that they usually take time to work but these worked almost immediately.
