I bought this as my sister had one and i needed something for my new office setup.The prosI like the fact it takes 12 plugs, but be mindful of balancing if you put too many on one side.I like the fact it takes USB devices for chargingI also like the fact it can be turned on and off independentlyI dont likeThe lengthy cable, i think its too long for the nature of the productWish too i bought a "slab type" extension to lie across my desk making it easier to reach for plugs.Many an upgrade.But thats personal preference.Overall its allowed me to power my shed etc so cant grumble there

Working from home has become the norm for most but this comes with the challenge of finding spare plug sockets. This extension gives you so much space to plug things in with the additional bonus of having the USB chargers built in. This really has helped keep my home office tidy and without the worry of what is plugged in.

Customer service is absolutely outstanding. Great form factor, USB charger broke after 3 months.
***Original review was three stars to reflect the failed USB charging component, but on posting this review, the courteous and communicative seller has been in touch to offer a refund. Excellent customer service which is lovely to see, so I added a star on to reflect that. Moreover, the seller further _insisted_ that I have a refund and that kind of customer service is not common. Essentially, this is a risk-free purchase and I recommend. So another star for that.***The tower form factor is great, I am able to tidily plug in everything in the corner of my room with no fuss. The long cable is great and the arrangement of the sockets is good.After three months of use, the transformer in the USB charging circuit began to whine and after a few more days, the USB sockets stopped working. Not a major issue because I am just using normal USB chargers plugged in to the sockets instead.
