It is connected directly to an a/b port of your system via a two-core cable and behaves similar to a phone: when a "bell" button is pressed, the door intercom will dial a previously determined, internal or external call number. From your phone, you can then talk to the visitor – in excellent voice quality thanks to high-quality microelectronics – and open the door. And the white LED backlight ensures even and brightly illuminated name plates in the dark.
