Taste a bit off
I got this flavor with my kids in mind. They noticed that the taste was a bit off and so did I after they brought it to my attention. I was really hoping it would be great, but they don't love it! One of the kids will drink it, but the others say no thank you. Thankfully, hubby, myself, and the one child who does like it will enjoy it over the year! It's a huge amount as well!! I would have gotten a smaller bag if I'd found it, but I only saw this size avx on Amazon.

Delicious! Buy for smoothies
The mix is delicious, I’ve been searching for years to find some thing that competed with tapioca express’ strawberry snow bubble, and this is it. I use about 7 tablespoons of mix and 200 mL of water (still very creamy even with only water & no milk), and fill the rest with ice. It is a great consistency for a strawberry smoothie. One thing to note, this mixture does have the look of curdling because of how thick the powder is so I don’t suggest buying this flavor if you plan to drink it like a milk tea. I would suggest this only for smoothies

Not the best, but hope they can improve it.
Edit: I blended it with my blender and honestly was perfectly fine!! But saying that, why give me the option to mix it another way when it clearly doesn't work well with hot water or hot milk? It does show that it has two extra ingredients that their Honeydew flavor does not have. And I assume those are what cause the milk curds look to it. But I'm not an expert in this stuff so who knows! All I'm saying is that if you get this, just blend it and disregard their second option to mix it with hot water or milk.. I have the flavor 'Honeydew' from this brand and absolutely love it!! So I figured I would give the Strawberry one a try since I also love strawberry. Disappointed with this, but at least it still taste great! I just don't like how it looks. It looks grainy, like the Cream part can't dissolve and leaves a residue on the side of my cup. (Which the Honeydew one never did.) Doesn't look appetizing at all and looks like it's curdle, even though it's not? Would I buy this one again? No, probably not. I'll stick with the Honeydew one, but I still will like to try some of the other flavors they have! I made it the same way I did the Honeydew flavor. Boil 8oz of water and put it in a shaker, or a bottle with a lid that can handle the heat, with 4 tablespoons of the powder. Shake it vigorously. The powder should be dissolved after shaking it for more than a minute. Then add 3 large ice cubes and shake it again till the ice is melted and it's cold. Add 8oz of milk and shake to blend. Then it's all done and ready to be poured in a glass. (This makes two tall glasses for my husband and I.)

but this product became somewhat chunky and looked kind of like milk that sat for a bit after having vinegar ...
I've been searching for a strawberry milk similar to the Nestle brand I had as a kid - fresh and mixes - and nothing I bought locally came close. This product is probably the closest I've found but the texture of it was off. I was anticipating the typical smooth blend once stirred well, but this product became somewhat chunky and looked kind of like milk that sat for a bit after having vinegar added. To be frank, I was afraid to drink it and was only able to work up the courage for a sip strictly to taste it. I didn't get sick but ended up tossing the rest to be safe. It may have just been a bad bag, however, with the price (currently about $20) I'm not willing to test that theory. If not for this issue I probably would have bought more because I did like the flavor. Update 6/26/18: After being contacted by the seller/manufacturer, I was advised of the following: "We have attempted to contact you through Amazon's messaging services in response to your original message with instructions that will ensure a smooth, non separating mix. These instructions have also been uploaded to the product pages for future reference. In our experience the best texture is achieved when using a shaker (cocktail shaker, blender bottle, protein shaker, etc..) or using a blender. These methods of mixing will also bring out the full flavor of our blended creme mix's high quality ingredients." Wanting to be fair to this product, I dug it out of the trash and found the following instructions (which are not what's currently on the product page): Mixing Instructions Frappe 16 fl oz (480ml) 1. Add 5 oz of milk or water into blender. 2. Add 2 scoops (80g) of mix. 3. Add 14 oz (420ml or 180g) of ice. 4. Blend until smooth. Iced 16 fl oz (480ml) 1. Add 2 scoops (80g) of mix with 8 fl oz (240ml) of hot water or milk. 2. Stir until dissolved. 3. Pour into a 16 oz cup filled with ice. Since I bought this mix to make more of a thin strawberry milk or boba tea (as mentioned on the product page) type of drink, I chose to use the "iced" method suggested for preparing this drink. There was no scoop in my bag, so I measured all of the ingredients by weight, as mentioned above. After working out the dry mix clumps I stirred the mixture well and noticed right away that there was separation. Out of curiosity I let it sit for about 30 seconds, which resulted in the solids separating, floating to the top, and leaving a somewhat pink, cloudy liquid on the bottom. I then started fresh, mixed up the powder before adding it to the water.- not letting the mixture sit - and followed through with the Iced directions above. Needless to say, it still separated. I'm satisfied that I've followed the directions on the bag, but also decided to follow the recommendation of the seller/manufacturer and use the instructions they posted on the product page for the "Shaken Ice Drink" - which are as follows: 16 fl oz (480ml) Shaken Ice Drink 1. Add 2 scoop (80g or 1/2 Cup) of mix with 10 fl oz (300ml) of milk or milk alternative into the shaker. 2. Add approximately 2 oz of ice. 3. Shake until fully dissolved. 4. Pour into a 16 oz cup half filled with ice. I, again used weight to measure and added 8 oz of ice into a cup at the end. My method of mixing was using a protein shaker I bought some time ago. Not once, in all of these attempts, did this mix dissolve. It separated, looking like sour milk. I'm not that invested in this that I'm going to try the other frappe/smoothie recipes, and waste any more ice or milk. I also, prior to this review, tried two other mixes from this manufacturer (Mocha and Milk Tea flavors) and had no issue with separation. At this point, I don't think there's much to add - it is what it is, and my rating remains what I originally gave it.

Doesn’t dissolve.
Like at all. I attempted a few times with different milks and gave up. It tasted okay I guess. Better to just use nesquik. I have the honeydew being delivered today so I will see if that was also a huge waste of money
