What is the interior dimension of this unit? I have specific boxes I would like to put in it.

There are two shelves which are not adjustable plus a basket. The shelves each provide space measuring 14.5" wide x 9" height x 13" depth. The basket provides space measuring 13" wide x 8.5" height x 8" depth.

Can the shelves be removed?

bottom shelf is a slide-out basket, other shelves are non-removable.

Is this unit wide enough to fit a frozen pizza? I'm trying to supplement a small side by side freezer that doesn't hold larger items.

it's wide enough for frozen pizza, plenty of room, i put all meat and chicken in there so ample amount of space, only thing I have noticed recently is if you put the freezer temp to low, the noise of the fan is very loud, after lowering the speed to (3 - 3.5) sound has decreased but not completely gone... fyi
