Absolutely worth the hype if you have the right kind of headrest
This thing is worth ALL the hype. It’s much smaller than a traditional travel pillow and it’s super comfortable to use. It was a little tricky getting it onto the headrest from a middle seat, but I found it much easier to first clip the buckles with loose straps, then slip it over the headrest and tighten. Once it’s in place, putting the eye mask on and off was a breeze. You DO have to have an adjustable headrest, but all the long haul flights I’ve been on lately have had this (not so much domestic and on the Continent). I was rebooked into the middle seat of the middle aisle with strangers on either side of me, and managed to actually doze off for a while. I’m a very frequent flyer, and this is an absolute must for ALL my future long haul flights!!

Great for head floppers, but check your seat type first.
I bought this because I struggle with my head bobbing or flopping forward when I try to sleep on planes. In that regard, it’s really good, it actually holds you in place and allowed me to get about 6 hours of solid sleep, which is a win on any flight. However, there are a few things to consider before buying! 1) This pillow relies on being buckled to the seat. If your plane seat doesn't have the adjustable 'folding' headrest wings, you might find it difficult to secure properly. 2) While it’s comfortable for a few hours, it does start to feel a bit 'hard' after that. On a 14-hour flight, your body naturally wants to move and change positions and this pillow keeps you quite still. 3) If you are a 'bobber' who can't stay upright, this is a lifesaver. Just be prepared to take it off and stretch halfway through a very long journey!

Best car sleep ever and no head lolling!
This is amazing! As soon as I'm in a car I fall asleep... and then my head lolls all over the place! Now I strap in my head, it's held nice and securely, no uncomfortable head jerking. The eye mask is cushioned and let's next to light in, so don't open your eyes until you've got your sunnies on when you wake up! Amazing!

The material use was soft and feels like silk.
I am never travelling again without this product. These product saves me the embarrassment of my head flopping around with my mouth half open. It secured my head from moving around side to side. When I use this I was also using neck pillow which helped a lot as well. The material use was soft and feels like silk so i was primarily sleeping the whole flight. On our flight to Asia we have connecting flight the other plane didn't have the neck support thing as you can see in the video and that's the only complain I have because I was not able to use it.

Almost good.
Oof, I really want to like this product but it's just not quiet right. It absolutely will keep your head in place and will stop you from dropping down, it also completely shuts off the whole plane with the eye mask. Your head is kept in place but unless your body is sat straight on, you will feel neck pain as your hips are turned to one way and your head is kept in the same position. Also be mindful if you are a short, this isn't the products fault but if the head rests do not go low enough, it's like your head is being held tight and suspended. I used this on a 10 hour flight, and on the return trip I felt I needed to go back to a neck pillow.

Revolutionises in-flight sleep
Excellent. Just superb. We No longer need a business class bed, as long as you have some leg room you’ll be just fine in the lower classes! We were travelling premium long haul and had a couple connecting economy flights. As long as there is the type of head rest that can accommodate this ( usually standard on flights over 6 to7 hours) you are going to have a very pleasant sleep. Neck pillow not really needed!

Comfy and Clever – But Works Best with Reclined Seats
Certainly! Here’s a detailed and helpful Amazon review based on your description: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Comfy and Clever – But Works Best with Reclined Seats This travel eye mask is definitely one of the more creative solutions I’ve tried for sleeping upright on planes. The idea is that the mask not only blocks out light but also straps your head to the seat behind you to stop it from falling forward—and surprisingly, it mostly works! The padding is very soft and comfortable, and the mask does an excellent job of blocking out light, even during a bright daytime flight. I used it on a British Airways flight and the strap system worked fine with their headrests. That said, I can see how it might not work on all types of seats—especially if there’s no solid headrest or the top of the seat is too narrow or curved. One thing to be aware of: if your seat is too upright and doesn’t recline even slightly, your head might naturally tilt forward a bit. In that position, I found that most of the pressure was around my eyes, which became a bit uncomfortable after a while. When I reclined my seat just slightly, the fit was much better and I could actually rest without straining my neck or feeling pressure on my face. Overall, it’s a smart design and very effective—as long as your seat allows for a bit of recline. Worth trying if you struggle with sleeping upright on planes.

So--I have a few things to say about this item. I love how the edge of the mask is raised with a soft, plush material, so that it blocks all light out without compressing your eyes--I hate that about some face masks. The face mask is AWESOME. (I actually use a piece of felt I cut to fit around the back of my head and now use the face mask as my night time sleep mask, because it's that comfortable and blocks the light phenomenally. :)) It really does help you sleep on a plane--no more annoying head nodding. Although you might think it will look ridiculous, it's actually more inconspicuous than it looks. Be brave! :) The one drawback is that for it to hold my head back tightly enough, it put too much pressure on the bridge of my nose. I'm kind of sensitive to this; so it might not be a problem for everyone. However, I just pushed the mask up a little higher onto my forehead and used a separate face mask I had for sleeping at night. It worked like a charm! :) Used it on a six hour flight to and from Alaska. You won't be able to use this on every airline. Spirit's chairs don't have a head rest, but on United and Delta, it worked great. Just something to keep in mind.

Total game changer for long haul flights. I slept almost 10 hours out of a 13h flight. With help of a few glasses of wine , I have transformed my fear of flying into a way more pleasant experience. Pair it with in-ears noice-canceling headphones and you won't know what hit you 😍

Sehr empfehlenswert!
